Uber Eats is the best food delivery service there is! Not only does it have a lot of options but it's also really fast!!

The quality of vehicles in Columbia is on a steady decline. The last several cars have been nearly wreaks and dirty. Tonight's car has crsckef windshield, actual Cheetos and other trash on the floor. Someone needs to look into Columbia, SC.and do it quickly. I've wasted to write this for quite awhile and tonight pused me to do it. The driver was lovrky BTW

I tried to give my driver 5 stars. I hit the last button of the stars which should have given him 5 stars, but with this new app. when I put in my number it gave him 1 Star. The fact I couldn't correct it is unfair to this amazing driver! I would like you to fix it and put me in contact with the driver personally because this is not fair to him. Make your new apps more user friendly please.

Uber has gone so far downhill in quality of drivers and scams. I am tired of drivers making money off of cancellations because they are still so far away'. Florida is The worst
I just downloaded Lyft. Maybe they do a better job screening drivers.

Your app stinks. I am trying to dispute a charge and your app does not allow me to leave a comment. Your driver drives right by me. I called him he said he would come back but he did not. I called him again twice and he would not answe his phone. So now he gets $5 for ditching a customer. I am pissed.

I did use Auber today from Palm beach to Fort Lauderdale airport, i picked X Lage car for $19 extra ,!and hot asmall Corolla car that i used 6 weeks ago for the same Auber small cheaper cars, even the dame driver.
This is Fraud to give me the choice and charge me almost double the price for the same car
The driver was very good but this is Suber issue

I love Uber
I've only had 1 problem getting an Uber because it was pouring rain. My Uber kept getting cancelled. By the 3rd request i finally got someone to pick me up. Otherwise i love the convience and they are always very nice.

Outrageous fair
I took Uber home from a wedding with my husband and two sons Saturday night. We rode 13 miles and our fare was $78.00. We also tipped our driver. The $78.00 fare was outrageous. This was our first time using Uber and we won't use them again at these fares. We will call a cab next time. Not happy with our first experience and will share this when others consider using them.
