ordered a battery. for cordless phone says it was shipped has been lost can't resolve. have already billed and paid for on credit card . remind me to never buy any more uinden phones I have three and NO MORE FOR ME

SERVICE
I Have Had This Phone System For About 6-7 Months And The Batteries Went Dead. I Replaced Them With New Batteries From Fry Electrics In Manhattan Beach Ca. They Checked The New Batteries And Were In Good Condition. I Charged Them For 24 Hours As Per Manual. One Phone Worked Fine, The Other Phone Had A Lot Of Static And I Couldnt Hear Anything. I Tried About 10 Times To Contact Uniden But Got The Same Dumb Message That They Are Having Excessive Phone Calls And Could Nto Nswer The Phon Call. Then They Hung Up. Dont You Haver Any Human Beings There Who Can Answer The Phone? If You Do, I Would Like To Speak To Someone In English Who Could Posibile Answer Or Fix My Problem. Your Phone Is Going To Be Thown Away And Never Again Will I Purchase Another Uniden Product.Norm Golub

we have the uniden 6.0 drops out for no reason even if on the charger over night.. Isnt out of range as then i have to grab the second one
it dies out also so stuck on land line this is horrible

i have a uniden digital dect 6.0 answering system.it has beeen the worst phone i have ever brought. my husband said to threw it out the door, but i want you'll to know how bad it is. can not understand no calls coming in and we have tryed everything even my daughter tried to work on it, but it continues to have one of the worst answering system i have ever brought.it is not interfence free .it will not delite call when we try to delite them. thank you. mary hill

got a lot of prompts
after about 10 of them, I still did not get a person to talk to.
my phone went dead.Comcast came out to ck. phones. Uniden D1660-2 was at fault. when I disconnect these 2 phones my other phones worked.
I bought this April 4, 2012. Very disapointed with your product.

Who will fix or replace my Uniden D3097 Phone?
I bought a Uniden D3097 "Loud and Clear" wireless phone with answering machine. Within a week, you could barely hear the voice of a caller. Volumn was all the way up. Staples wouldn't replace it. We called Customer Service, waited 25 minutes. The lady didn't know much to help us. She said take it back to Staples or pay $10 for shipping to send it back. We're under warranty, and a defective phone is not our fault. Why should we pay? Just think twice.Anonymous-82018.... November 2nd, 2012
Bluetooth/Customer Service
First, why would Uniden sell a headset that needs to be charged for 2 hours before being used and only include a car charger.Second, if your Customer Service is being farmed out to a third party customer service facility you need to get a new one because no one answers the damn phone. It just rings, rings.
I am not one for message boards because so many people just like to complain. But I this case the complaints are valid. If anything they are understated.

Haven't had any problems.
I've been a user of Uniden cordless phones for the past few years. Unlike other phone brands I've owned, the interface is easy to use. It makes a great choice for the old folks.Anonymous-52273.... February 26th, 2012
I am on my third set of Uniden 1680s in the last several month. They graciously replace them when you have a problem, but the "out of range" and error code blinking 88 then 8 occur time and again. These phones are absolutely undependable pieces of junk. What a waste of money!

I have a recently purchased phone D1384-4BK. It has 4 handsets and all were charged for 24 hrs. Two work, two don't. The ones that don't say "handset out of range". All are next to each other about 6 inches from base.
I tried to get Tech support and find you have the gall to even think I'm gonna pay you $30 bucks to find out why your phones don't work out of the box. I guess made in Vietnam means the same as made in China.........Junk !
I'll be calling customer service in the morning and if I don't get proper assistance, These will be on there way back where they came from.

Just purchased a Uniden HomePatrol Scanner. I love this scanner. It is the best scanner I've ever owned. All you have to do is update the the unit once in awhile depending on your area, enter your zipcode, & now just listen. No need to program all those frequencies. LOVE YOU UNIDEN!!!

Try getting help in understanding how to set one up. 1-800?? No speaky English. WWW.Uniden.com?? Customer service? They want $38.00 bucks after I spent $70.00 for the damned phone.Staples...where I bought this peice of crap?? NO RETURN POLICY!!! I think I got a refurbised phone sold as a new one. Used the owner manual as instructed...Can't code it, set it up
to call or receive calls, won't ring because the MUTE setting won't stay OFF. Worst phone, customer "don't give a crap attitude" service..Sit and listen to elevator music but never an ENGLISH speaking human being. I guess with the lack of options..I'm stuck with a $70.00 piece of crap. My $70.00 bucks would have bought a lot of ass wipe, cause that's all you're gonna get if your dumb enough to buy one.
