Why Union Bank does not provide email for Customer Advocate Department

I searched the email address for Union Bank customer advocate and I could not find and the one I found was false.

Very good in most respects

From my experience with my new checking account, it seems Union Bank may have policies more generous than most. A free personal checking account is available to anyone, and besides a reasonable minimum initial deposit there are no conditions. Its online banking seems to fill the bill. The staff are friendly and do their best to be helpful. The website goes to great lengths to make sure you are you. On the downside, you may run into problems with online banking if you use Firefox or another browser other than Internet Explorer or Google Chrome; and should that issue arise the technical support staff will mostly waste your time. In that situation your best bet is to use one of the aforementioned browsers, at least to add payees to your account.
