Lemoore office is a joke!

I will not ever go back! Each time I've gone I've waited an hour in the waiting room and 20-30 min in the back room! Always an excuse ... we only have one doctor today.. really then why do you book patients every 15 min, knowing you can't see them all ! Why wouldn't you tell your patients he's running an hour behind! The staff is rude! If you can find another place to be seen, go there!

Horrible customer service

Today I was speaking with your advocates, 12 different ones, to be exact. The 1st one, Ryan unenrolled me from Dsnap and registered me to another policy meaning I'd be eligible Jan 1.. I'm supposed to be eligible Nov 1.I finally hung up at 4:30 and nothing was resolved. Spend way too long on hold, more than 10 minutes. My Ins agent who signed me up was hung up on. Your customer service reps need major training on how to deal with the public. They're a disgrace!!! I'm totally disappoint. On top of that, there's no Corp number to call.

United Healthcare has forced me to use optimum rx who is a horrible mail order company who has always been late with my prescriptions and has terrible organization of this customer serviceit is frustrating because this was not my choice this was the choice of my provider each month I have to beg plead as for next day delivery to get my prescriptions on time

how come june 1st. my prescription cost increased 91% and june1st my enrollment reached6 months...this is a attempt to raise rates after 6 month enrollment...it should be reported to the medicare investigation department...

I am so unhappy with my healthcare. I am 71 years old so things do begin to wear out. I live in Yuma, Az. and when I needed cancer surgery, I had to travel 260 miles to Phoenix for surgery. Now I need eye surgery and guess what, I have to travel to Phoenix for surgery. I really do hope when open enrollment is in effect for Yuma, Az. I can get better insurance. Oh, this one is ok for colds, pap smear and mammogram but for bigger things, I have to travel.

I have been working with a computer since 1984, and am reasonably intellegent, with an advanced dergree in Engineering. I must protest what UHC has done to there website in the past year. You must have let the snazzy website geeks and the insurance double speak gurus design the whole thing without a thought in the world as to the user. Most corporations have learned that they really must listen to their customers in order to keep making money. But not UHC. Someone in management should really try to use your new website. I am totally flummoxed by a web page that tells me, on the same page, that "My Responnsibilty" is both $0.00 and $1258.67! Or thar "You Owe" $0.00 and $286.93! Please UHC, take us back to the simpler to understand website. I have no way of knowing how much I owe my doctors, and they are sometimes wrong. I guess they try to read your stuff too. The paper claims forms suffer from the same didease. I would switch carriers, but I am tied in by my pension plan. MAKE IT SIMPLE, STUPID!

I live in Kissimmee Fl. I went to fill a script for my sons ADHD meds. He takes adderall. Not one Wal-greens in our county had it in stock. They had plenty of generic . What is up with it costing 65dollars to the adderalls 35 dollars. Are the generics suppose to be less?? I had to go to the next county to fill this. Are you getting a kick back on this?? It is wrong and needs to be changed

DO NOT EVER EVER PICK UNITED HEALTH CARE ADVANTAGE PLANS. THEY TRACK WHAT MEDS YOU ARE ON AND CONTINUE TO INCREASE THERE PRICE IF THEY DO NOT CANCEL THEM AT ALL. WE HAVE HAD 2 MEDS TOTALLY CANCELLED FROM THERE FORMULARLY SINCE WE SIGNED UP WITH THEM UP. IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT A FOMULARLY IS IT IS A WAY TO TRACK THE PRESCRIPTIONS YOU ARE ON. AS U CONTINUE TO TAKE THEM THEY UP THE TIERS THAT U WERE ORIGINALLY TOLD. FOR INSTANCE MY HUSTAND HAD A NON NARCOTIC MED ESCALATED FROM TIER 1 TO TIER 4 TO TIER 5 AND NOW WE RECEICIED A LETTER THAT THEY WILL NO LONGER COVER 2 OF HIS MEDS!!!!! NICE HUH!!!! I WANT TO GO BACK TO ORIGINAL MEDICARE BEFORE WE ENDED UP WITH MIDDLEMAN HEALTHCARE!!!

Total rip-off and a fraud.

There should be a class action suit against this company. They are legally robbing their fercustomers. They are not available to answer questions and do not offer and option to cancel the insurance. Call your banks and ask how to stop these automatic Withdrawels.

Denial after denial!

Each time my family has gone to a dr we have been inundated with paperwork wanting a completed medical history. I took my son to dr with ear infection and head cold that turned out to b a touch of bronchitis......denied...why, well a year ago he had bronchitis soooo you guessed it prexisting condition. I've sent paperwork showing proof of ins and med history and it's been lost a minimum of 4 times. Me....I filled out the application statin my not life threatening prexisting condition and they accepted it...we pay each month...were given no riders etc and you guessed it after 7 months they've paid 2 minor claims after a %80 bill adjustment ... And have denied all of my claims for prexisting condition. So...my kid gets a cold or a rash within a year...they deny. Never before have I come across a more crooked uncaring , unreachable company of any sort!!! Please people DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THUS INSURANCE CARRIER. For interesting reading google company profits and soon you too will understand why we the insured are being denied! Btw how is a hernia that occurred during coverage denied as prexisting? I'd love to understand that one too. Buyer beware...they are clearing billions of $....I believe we all need to band together and fight back!

The most horrid excuse for customer service I have come across. I actually had a representative today she couldn't say the name of the city I work in because it was too long. She couldn't help me with my issue and when I asked to be transferred, you guessed it, she didn't know how to do that either! And then there is the one where I called, the representative and I both agreed we were having a communication problem and yet she REFUSED to transfer me to anyone else. They are simply not worth the effort you have to put in

United Healthcare provides coverage for both UHH, AARP, and employer based products. You have to make sure you get the right support team when you call in for customer support, and the right web logon screens, or you will not be able to access the right area. You are likely to be transferred after waiting i a queue only to find out you are in the wrong area and are transferred to another queue for a wait time. Almost worse than Social Security or a govt office.

Never had a problem until this year. After finally getting through on the phone which could take forever, everyones answer is different. The latest time I attempted to contact a manager, I was told he would contact me within 48 hours. That was a week ago. I think they want to keep your money as long as they can! They don't know what they are doing and don't seem to care!!!!!!
