I just wanted to let you know that as a consumer, I will never purchase any gift card that has your name on it. You are ripping customers off. Charging a monthly administrative fee for not being used is not right. It is stealing money that was already paid. It should not make any difference whether or not a card is used. You made money on the purchase of the card and then because it is not being used, you take them money back. I received a visa gift card from a hospital employee for an inconvenience, when I went to use it, there was only .25 on the card. The expiration date was 8/17. In good faith he was being kind, your company it not. I will never apply for a Visa card or purchase a gift card because of these fees, there are other companies that offer gift cards and I will be happy to use them.

Read the small print
I have just had a dispute with Visa and they paid the Dentist $1,350.00 for work he did not do correctly even though I had to pay a second Dentist $1,200.00 to correct the problem after 50 days of pain. The reason? They claim that they're dispute process requires that another Doctor or Dentist put on letterhead what the first Doctor or Dentist did wrong. They (the Dr. or DDS) are not going to do that for a lot of legal reasons. Do not make use of this card as you are not protected

Happy with my cards
Never had any issues that needed to be resolved, but customer service was great when I had questions. They were quick to answer them.
