Complaint to the Pharmacy Employee
After dr. Calling in my prescription on The 10th/ October, Walgreens had the script to be filled on The 12th. Here, I am calling on the 16th & said they wouldn't have it until Monday, The 18th. All this numbing jumbo, the male employee left me on Hold for nearly 8 minutes after being disconnected by them the 1st time I called. This is a Controlled Substance & he told me to not yell. There's a BIG DIFFERENCE between being Chocked Up out of desperation & yelling. I can easily go to CVS with my Business. No one should be admonished for their total lack of concern as to the Urgency of a Controlled Substance. Obviously, Han, the mgr. was Off today. He is very nice and well trained on dealing with the public unlike this male employee.

THANK YOU FOR OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM COLLEEN!
On Sunday, November 29, 1015, Colleen, the Pharmacy Manager, at the Walgreens located at 3009 W Market St, Fairlawn, OH 44333, went above and beyond the expected customer service to make sure I received a prescription medication without delay.Once a month, I have a prescribed compounded medication delivered by mail. This month, it was sent out to me, but returned to Walgreens because the package got damaged. Colleen recognized that I had probably run out of this medication and was concerned that I get my refill as soon as possible.
I had not complained about not receiving it in time. I did not request any special delivery.
She called me to let me know what happened to the package and that she would personally deliver it to me after her work shift, which she did. Since my home is about a 15-mile, 20-minute drive from this Walgreens, I am so glad I did not need to carve out a good chunk of time for this task.
Colleen is truly a "Golden Rule" type of person. I am so appreciative of her care and kindness!

Poor costumer relations. In Payson Arizona Store !! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. !!
I used to be a regular customer at Walgreens in Payson ! I'm a severely disabled man. I used to get all my Perscriptions at Walgreens !! In excess of 58,000. Thousand a year. As well as spend several hundred every visit on hygiene and medical supplies. However a very rude tech named BIG Amber ! Saw me once at a Home Depot Store several miles away ! She waved and smiled so I waved and smiled back. Much to my dismay ! She had me 86 from our only Walgreens pharmacy. Because she lied and said I flipped her off. I did not !!! I wish I had now. The point being regardless of what didn't happen !!! This was not even on Walgreens property !! Why should she have the right to discriminate against a severely Disabled Man. I've contacted the Federal Department Of Disabilities. I believe there planing a class action suite. I'll I want is to shop in my local store and get my life saving mess. Right now I'm driving about a hundred miles one way. To get my mess at a Walgreens in Chandler. This is outrageousness so I get to decide which day I can eat or not.

RUDE PHARMACIST
I Hade The Worst Experience With Your Pharmacist, Who Refused To Fill And Prescription That According To Her Was Too Soon, But My Specialist Decided To Change The Dose. When My Md Called To Speak With Them, They Were Equally Rude And Disrespectful. If Giving Me My Meds Is Against The Law Due To It Being Prescribed Too Soon, Then Perhaps Your Store Should Worry About The Teens Purchasing Those High Energy Drinks- Those Have Been Proven Lethal. My Medicine Keeps Me Functional And Able To Leave The House To Work. I Suggest Sensitivity Training And Maybe A Week With People In My Md's Office So She Could See Some Sad Cases. I Will Never Recommend Walgreens To My Patients Or Friends. Especially After Dealing With A Heartless Robot.

Good pharmacy!
Before I moved, Walgreens was the pharmacy I used to fill prescriptions when I got sick. They were nice, helpful, and filled prescriptions fast! They have great prices and there is always someone around to help if you have a problem. Recently, I was looking for a product that was available at my nearest Walgreens, according to their website. When I went to the store, I couldn't find it and was told it was sold out. The girl special ordered it for me and even called me when it came in! Wonderful customer service! I will continue to shop with Walgreens because of their caliber of employees.

Reliable
Walgreens is a good reliable pharmacy. But lets be honest I wouldnt go there for anything else. I can always pick up allergy meds, get prescriptions filled, and be in and out in 5 minutes flat.

I am very disappointed in Walgreens new "card" that you have to have in order to get discounts. I should not be required to get, keep up with, and show in order to get the "discounts". I have already quit dealing with CVS and Brookshires for this reason. I think it is discrimination and the only info you need is if I bought an item, not where I live or My phone number. That info is then sold to other companies and I start getting phone calls and mailers wanting me to buy their products. I have traded with Walgreens for years, but now you are forcing me to either trade with Walmart or Target and I will do that even if out of my immediate area.

walgreens staff was superb in brownsburg, indiana. my sincere complaint is about the fact that walgreens removed a healthy, delicious brand of sugarbowl petite brownies from your stores. Delish has taken its place. Delish is tasty but high in sugar and saturated, not a healthy dessert choice for people watching their calorie and sugar intake. with such a high occurence of diabetes in this country I was so thrilled to see walgreens leading the way to provide delicious, healthy, affordable desserts for its customers. You dropped the ball now. I love your new look in the stores but still am a very disappointed customer.

Great Pharmacy
Walgreens is the only pharamcy that I will use. I have been a customer there for a long time, and I have never had a problem. They have always filled my prescriptions in a timely manner, and I have never had a problem where they have lost anything. As a store they are awesome. They take a lot of coupons that other stores refuse, and they have the same products for cheaper. You can find almost anything you need there, including an extensive beauty/cosmetic/health line. I love it as a store, and a pharmacy. I definitely recommend anyone who wants to shop while they can get a prescription filled.

I Love Walgreens!
I prefer Walgreens over the other pharmacy's as far as prescriptions are concerned. Their always fast, and very friendly!

Availability of prescription records
I need a prescription start date. The prescribing physician's records were destroyed and I wanted to learn when I started and stopped taking a certain medication. There online records go back only 15 months. I was referred to the archives office at 217-554-8955. They need EVERYTHING in writing from you - all sorts of proof who you are, etc. AND to top it off, they only go back 10 years because "that is all that the State has mandated they do." Well, hello? What about forgetting state regs and providing the type of service someone might need for long time prescription use? I have taken a drug for at least 15 years, doc out of business, and I just would like to know when I began it. No biggie - but information not available. I don't care what is mandated by law - this data should be available to a patient and not be purged from their record. I will no longer use this pharmacy, but a word to the wise, start printing your records each and every year and retain them because Walgreens is not mandated to do so and therefore does not. You will never be able to get the record. Hard way to learn

Love It
I love Walgreens. I am on alot of perscriptions for heart disease and am very bad about remembering ordering refills for my medication. With their new program you can set your medicine to refill when it is need automatically and then they can call you or send you a text message letting you know they are ready. Every month they are ready 2 days prior to me needing them. It makes life a lot easier with one less thing to worry about.

Convenient
Walgreens is always the place I go when I need things cheaper. Also it's a great place to go when I have to do some last minute shopping for the holidays. The pharmacy here is also top notch. Great to shop with
I enjoy shopping at my local Walgreens. They are very coupon friendly and they are very helpful. I have had great experiences there and the staff has always been very great and helpful.

Wife is a cancer patient for 11 years... this particular black assistant took my card & insisted she did not know where it went. She simply kept my insurance card. This is the 2nd time this same assistant has done this & by the time I got home- the head phrx call my cell & told me it mysteriously appeared. I needed to come & retrieve the card. I was so close to filling a police report. I have always used Walgreen’s all over the US & never have been treated with such lack of compassion for customers. I will NEVER- I MEAN ... NEVER USE Walgreen’s EVER again for the rest of my LIFE!!!!! I will drive miles out of my way or have the rxs mailed before I put my wife through such discrimination. We are an inner racial couple & the black girl seems to take her problem with this -out on us!!!!! NEVER AGAIN will I subject my family to such poor, careless, insensitive, non-caring, BS as what we have had to feel today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, I am WM Mid forties, my wife is a decade younger HFM & have raised two lovely daughters. My wife & I both hold MBA’s from major Universities & feel we are level headed. This kind of BS should never be experienced from anyone- nevertheless the people we look towards for help in times of necessary need-like fighting cancer. Please for the sake of GOD, PLEASE DO SOMETHING TODAY TO STOP THIS BEHAVIOUR BY THE RX GROUP @ WALGREEN’S 77339 –NORTHPARK LOCATION!!!!!!!!!
