this is a scam! we bought the continuous coverage so we were never without service, and got 21 viruses, which they offered to remove for just $200.00. Our local computer guru did it for $35.00 and loaded Kaspersky for us. will never deal with BestBuy again!

WEBROOT HAS NO TECH SUPPORT
I CALLED BECAUSE I WAS UNABLE TO RENEW MY SERVICE ONLINE- IT WOULD NOT ACCEPT MY CREDIT INFO SO I CALLED TECH SUPPORT.AN REPRESENTATIVE FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY (INDIA) ASKED ME HOW OLD MY COMPUTER WAS AND THEN PROCEEDED TO TELL ME TO PUT IT IN A MUSEM!!!!!!
BUT...............FOR $ 100.00 HE COULD HELP

Your service is terrible. Enough to cause one to cancel dealing with Webroot.
I am trying to contact a sales person to add
additional service to my laptop. Now I am
supposed to either go on line or wait another
40 minutes on the telephone, listening all the while to that disgusting repetitive music, so called, or listen to your woman intermittently advising how I can go online and
download your information. Forget it! I will
go with NORTON for my laptop. You are not worth the AG.
