Your new snack ice cream bars are a total rip off and too small to be of any value. I used to have one of your 110 calorie Triple Chocolate Bars for a dessert. The new 80 calorie bar is too small, and having two is way too many calories. Plus, weight watchers is ripping everyone off by charging the same amount as the previous bar - yet it is half the size. I will be going back to Skinny Cow bars. So disappointed that you ruined a good product.I tried reaching weight watchers to ask about the size and pricing - no luck there. Email got no response. Weight Watchers has lost a customer.

It works!

WW is a great way to lose weight. Easy to track what you eat and keep track of points with the new technology. My mom used it when I was growing up, and I have started using it myself. I will say it is much easier to use these days than when it first came out (you had to write down your points or it was easy to forget, now you can save it in your phone, etc.) There are plenty of monthly meetings so you have to be really lazy to not attend them. It is a great support group and is an easy way to lose weight as opposed to going on some crash diet.

Good but hard

Almost everyone in my family has tried weight watcher to lose weight. If you are mentally strong you can lose weight and lose it fast. However, if you dont push yourself hard enough it can be really hard. Its not the eating that is hard because you really do get to eat the food that you want but the trick is you have to eat it in very small amounts. The hard part is being motivated enough to average out all of the parts of your food from fats, sugars, carbs, and calories and turn that into points and you only have a set limit of points you can eat in a day. Dont get me wrong this can be a very good system for some people as long as you follow the rules you will see results but it takes a lot of effort. My aunt lost over 50 pounds using weight watchers without working out but when once she got off of the weight watcher plan she gained half of it back. So for those who are organized and motivated this is a perfect way to lose weight. but if you dont have the motivation or an interest in taking time to calculate everything out than I would suggest looking into something else.
