LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about Zappos - they rock consistently in every way. Never ever had an issue, they are fun to deal with, products are great, and they know what they are doing professionally.

Love this company!
I have ordered a number of shoes from Zappos, and they were all good quality and were priced well. They have the BEST customer service - easy to get ahold of, extremely helpful, and solve problems quickly. I once got a pair of Toms that did not fit correctly, so I sent them back and got the right size in no time! I love that they sell other goods now too! Recommended!

Good selection, good quality
The selection of shoes is great and they are good quality shoes. The prices are really good too.

Good idea
Somebody'd got it right! How else would you shop online for clothes and shoes, other than a guarantee of free return shipping? Zappos is great about this, and has a snappy, fun website.
