Very Useful!

I love this program! It is easy to use, has great features, and works smoothly. It keeps all my my music in one place for my iPhone and I have never had an issue with it. Love it!

As an American living outside of the US, I sometimes have issues dealing with buying or renting television shows. Other than that, I like iTunes very much.

How can a company as massive as apple not provide paypal in Canada, one of the most widely accepted payment methods? I have no credit card but wanted to buy songs. They're losing out on a major market here, makes zero sense. Fine, I'll illegally download tunes, is that what apple prefers? And every other apple product, OVERPRICED. So irritating.

Slows down my computer often.

When I connect my iPod to my computer (mostly just to charge it), iTunes slows down my other applications to a point where I can't use them. Since iPod syncing takes about 3 minutes for me, it really says something about iTunes's user-friendliness.

The definitive music service and player.

Easy to use, and just about the only solution if you have an iProduct.

It's online music store has changed the industry and the way people buy one of the most important pieces of entertainment in our lives, music.

Pricing on the iTunes Store is reasonable, and you can buy music on a per-song basis. Also available are books, television series, music videos, trailers, and feature-length movies.

One of the big benefits of iTunes is its vast availability of free-to-download podcast shows, which come as either video or audio productions. You can easily subscribe to them so you can stay up-to-date with your favorite podcast, and they range from all manner of subjects.

Highly recommended!

The Best

iTunes is a superior music software. I am very impressed with how easy it is to use, and how well it organizes not only my music files, but also my other media. Some people say Apple and all it's products are just overpriced and useless, but I think iTunes is the best you can get. The customer service for iTunes is also amazing. It isn't a computer talking to you, but a real person. When I have a problem on iTunes I know the customer service reps will help me, and be friendly while doing so.

I bought "The Great Gatsby" audio book off iTunes and half way through the person stops talking and doesn’t speak any more. The book cost me eleven dollars and I was only able to get to chapter 4 out of 9.

i went to order a gift card to be emailed to my nephew, went all the way through the process and they said "my itunes account was not eligible to purchase GC at this time"...but they charged my credit card $20 nevertheless.

Really Apple??? As enormous as you are and as many products as you offer and no live support? Unbelievable!!! ...the steps you have to go through just to try and resolve a billing issue, that by the way, is still not resolved. Why? Because I can't get a response from ITUNES. Worst customer service set up that I have ever had to deal with. Simply horrible!!!!!!

Itunes support is asking for $29 to support the fact that they won't authorize one song to download to my phone from my computer. I spoke to what sounded like Australian/English accent person that could not tell me why their one song will no longer play on my phone. I do not recommend paying their prices for their songs if you cannot transport them from computer to computer as the years pass and computers crash. He hung up on me when I asked to speak with his supervisor. It is stupid but one song that they no longer authorize which is my calming song - Anna Nalick Breathe and I will never pay for any support for any product and am glad I just bought a SONY Laptop and not a MAC. They are too big to deal with these little issues that they caused. I do not have a phone issue, it worked until they decided to not authorize the song to be downloaded. The person was cordial but spoke as though he did not need to answer to a public person. Hanging up on me was the ultimate since this issue has gone on 3 years and I had to purchase other software to recover songs due to these issues with how they run their business. Computer hard drives crash and they don't allow you to recover. Tired of fighting the big guys. Just give me CD's from now on. Or maybe I will try the less expensive route that most kids moved to.
