I lost all of my personal, valuable information because I trusted this product.

I lost all of my personal, valuable information because I trusted this product. I transfered all of my flash drives and saved material to this exteral drive. it worked for three days and stopped working. I have been all over the internet trying to fix it to save my information, pictures, etc....I tried everything, even spent extra money to buy the best power hub available. Still doesn't work. Do not let yourself go through the frustration and suffering I have. Bad, Bad, Bad
