Nightmare from day one!

Purchased this stove back in 2008 along with a warranty. For the last 3 years the baking oven shuts off on it's own. This will happen 2-5 times while we are using the oven. We called Jen Air with regards to the problem a few years back and they stated that if they send a technician out and the stove does not shut off, we will pay for the technician service call. At this point i's happening too many times and need to replace the stove. My suggestion don't buy JEN AIR!!!!!!!
