TONER ERROR MESSAGE=Konika Minolta PagePro 1390MF

It is not unusual for the Konica Minolta PagePro 1390MF to display the toner error message even though the toner cartridge has just been changed. There is a micro chip on the toner cartridges which count the number of copies and refuse to print once the number has been reached. Unfortunately, often the error message appears even when a new toner cartridge has been inserted!!!
