Plantronics Disappointment
I have used many Plantronic products over the years and have been generally pleased with them. Unfortunately this is not the case with this model.It worked flawlessly for about a month and AFTER the 30day replacement warranty I realized that it would not keep working for anymore than about 30-40 min at which time the sound would start to distort, progressively getting so bad that you would have to disconnect it to 'cool-down' and then reconnect reload driver to fix the issue. Service was of little help pointing to an issue with my Mac LOL- sorry guys, it's a Mac not a PC!
Eventually I replaced it. (FYI- does the exact same thing on any PC). You can now find many other people complaining about it on the net. Don't buy this model!
