My experiences with the TV_IP252P

I purchased 2 of these cameras, they have a beautiful feel and appearance and quite easy to install. The video quality indoors are wonderful too. However, it seems that they always lose the video signal once a month. so every once in a while (at least once a month) I must go into the software and reboot both of them. Sometimes one will lose the signal, then other times both. I also wish the tech suport was more readily available
