Three wash cycles and the PowerBeam died. :(

I just had this installed and the PowerBeam has already quit and the digital readout said "L" and then "H" (no clue why). The last load did not release the soap.
I'm so disappointed. It is a holiday weekend and no one at Thermador's customer support line...it will be at least Tuesday before I can get through to someone. :(
