I've spent hours trying to install the program.

I've spent hours trying to find the iSecurity+ player plugin. It say to download Adobe flashplayer. Done. Still nothing. I've search the internet for the iSecurity+ player plugin. The first problem that I had was when I went to install the camera I had to manually put in the ip address, gateway address ect. At this point it will probably going back.

Poor support

I have called now for two days and left on hold for about 1 hour. terrible support on this product
