Ative DM400

This product is so bad it ought to be called a scam. Purchased new, shred maybe 100 pieces of paper. Cleaned and oiled it as per instruction. Now it runs for a second and stops. CANNOT get any help from the manufacturer and the only advise from any of the Blogs is: It needs a new motor. POS!
