Racks Fall in Frigidaire Double Oven

We purchased the double oven about two years ago. Its been awesome and I cook everynight - no problems at all until about two or three weeks ago. I pulled the top rack out of the oven to cook a small chicken in my 5.5 qt Le Crueuset french pot(the pot and chicken were a little heavy but not too heavy of a load for the oven). I pulled the hot pot out of the oven, checked the chicken and placed the lid on halfway. I then put the pot back on the same oven rack and that's when the rack and pot (filled with the chicken and boiling stock) crashed to the bottom of the oven. I did burn myself from the rack and stock, not bad, but the stock spilled. It really startled me. I looked up a few things that night because I though I had put the oven racks in wrong...they are in the right way! I sort of forgot about the problem until last week and then again tonight. Same thing happened tonight but the pan I was cooking in was not very heavy at all. I pulled the pan out and scooted the rack to one side of the oven (while the oven was hot) and the rack fell on its own. I will call Frigidaire on Monday.
