I am using this A/C for a room of less than 500 sq-ft but I think it will work fine for that area too.It cools fast & good & I am satisfied w/ it :)
One small problem is that it's a little noisy!
Easy to install. Actually I did it myself who am a young woman.
The cute thing is that it does not drain out the water; actually the water is used to cool the engine!
Thank you so much. Hope others have good experiences w/ this A/C too.
