Had hopes of so much more...

I acquired a Hoover FH50230 today (Used & missing a couple of attachments). At first I thought it was going to be a great little machine but now I'm beginning to wonder. Like others that have commented before, I am experiencing problems with suction and a terrible leak coming from the back of the machine. Unsure how to proceed but since its a used machine, don't think I have alot of options. Going to try to fix the leak myself somehow and give it a thorough cleaning in the hopes suction improves. Wish me luck, will update if things change.
