The concept is there!

In a perfect world this review would be a glowing review with full stars. However this is not a perfect world, and so this unfortunately is getting 2 stars. The concept of a great working product is there, it just lacks in a couple areas. The first use was good, it did what it was supposed to. It sprayed from the sprayer and it sucked the dirty water up through the hose. When it was used for the 2nd time it didn't spray as well as the first time, then eventually stopped spraying. The suction stayed nice and strong which to me is a plus. The brush could be a little better design, a little harder and a little bigger. I would send it in to manufacture for repair, but unfortunately I bought 2nd hand. Even though the box had never been opened, I was not the original purchaser. I would not recommend this product if you need to actually clean a stain or pet spot, but it could work as continued maintenance of minor spills and leaks.
