Disappointed

I loved my Hoover UH70400 until today when the brush roller stopped working. I checked the belt. It looks virtually brand-new. The vacuum cleaner is only six months old and is used once a week in an apartment. This was my first Hoover and most likely my last one. All my other vacuum cleaners (none a Hoover) lasted until I replaced them with a newer model.
