Disappointed in the Quality
I purchased this wireless keyboard and mouse combo from Microsoft because they are a trusted company of the computer world. However, I used the mouse for approximately 2 weeks before I received a message on my computer "USB device not recognized" every time i plugged in the little flash drive unit into one of my USB ports.I went to the Microsoft website, downloaded any software relevant to this model without any positive results.
I don't think I will be buying any accessories from Microsoft in the near future as the faith I had in them is not there anymore.
